About this building

New Hall - 465 Caledonian Road

New Hall is UCL's newest self-catering student house, with en-suite accommodation for 350 students. It was built to BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) Excellent standards, and has a green roof with wild flowers as well as solar photovoltaic panels that provide low-carbon electricity for the building.
