Since launching follow me printing for our estate in August 2013, we have saved £11,946 or 545,175 sheets of paper. This initiative has been instrumental in changing behaviour and we have all become more conscious about printing documents selectively19th May 2014

Some behind-the-scenes energy wizardry for you: engineers have improved the efficiency of steam boilers in the Palace by reducing pressure & using heat exchangers. Special pumps have also been installed in NSN & NSS to improve boiler efficiency.22nd April 2014
Retro-fitting a Grade 1 listed building is no mean feat, but Engineers in the Palace are quietly making fantastic efficient lighting changes, moving from T8s to more efficient T5s and now to state-of the-art LEDs, including in the lifts!20th April 2014

The Royal Borough will be upgrading 604 street lamps in the coming months. The new, energy efficient units will not only reduce carbon emissions by 73 tonnes annually but are also expected to cumulatively save the Council over £200,000 by 2022!14th April 2014

Parliament’s kitchens boast some clever energy-saving technology. Sensors have been installed for the grills, so they only turn on when food is detected. Motion sensors have also been installed to control lights in kitchens & seating areas.13th March 2014

We rely on it to live, but the air quality in Camden is pretty poor. That's why GOSH, as proud members of Camden Council’s Air Quality Pledge scheme, are committing to reduce the number of vehicles on site and install boilers that emit less NOx gas.21st February 2014
